Lesson 7 - Measuring Capacity

To encourage students to have fun on the Web while learning about Measuring Capacity, here are some games and interactive activities they can do on their own or in pairs.

Measure and record the capacity of containers using non-standard units.

Instructions for Use

Can you fill it? lets students estimate the amounts containers can hold.

To use Can you fill it?, click on the pot to fill the containers with water. There is a choice of three different size pots. Using the fewest combinations of pots, fill the container without letting it spill over.
